The till slip meets the rules for this campaign.
Example: the product, store, date and spend are all in the rules.
SmartSlip checks the till slip against the rules for that campaign. Your team can see the result, and a person can ask for another look when a detail needs it.

Each entry gets a result your team can see, with the reason next to it.
The till slip meets the rules for this campaign.
Example: the product, store, date and spend are all in the rules.
A detail is unclear, or a check needs a person to look before a decision.
Example: the photo is faint, or the slip may already have been used.
The slip misses a rule you set, such as the product, the date or the spend.
Example: the participating product is not on the slip.
The photo is read, the campaign rules are applied, and anything unclear can be reviewed.

SmartCheck pulls out the store, date, products and spend from the photo.

Those details are compared with the rules for this campaign.

The entry can be accepted, rejected, or held for a person to review.

Your team, or the customer, can ask for a clearer photo or a recorded decision.
The rules are set per campaign. A flagged slip is held for a person. It is not treated as a pass.
The check looks for the products, store, date, spend and entry limits for that campaign.
A till slip already used in that campaign can be flagged. A match across campaigns stays inside the group you authorised.
Unclear photos are flagged for another look. An unclear image is not treated as a pass. Not every altered image is found.
Your team can see the photo next to the details that were read, then record a decision and the reason.
These are sample receipts. Switch the result to see what your team would see, and how a review can be asked for.

Send the questions from your marketing, IT or procurement team. We reply with the documents that apply to your campaign.
A campaign collects the details needed to run the entry: contact details, the till-slip photo and the purchase fields that were read. The entry terms and any marketing opt-in are separate, so a person can enter without joining a marketing list.
Campaign tools are limited to people you authorise and SmartSlip operators. Roles decide who can review entries, confirm winners and export records. Changes are kept so they can be followed later.
How long an entry is kept follows the campaign and any hold your team agrees at setup. A deletion request goes through the support route for that campaign. The period is agreed per campaign.
Ask for the hosting and data-location detail that applies to your region and this campaign. We share the document for your enquiry.
Your team raises campaign issues with SmartSlip. Support hours and response times are shared for that engagement when you ask for them.
Ask for the privacy notice, processing terms and security information that apply to your assessment. We send the documents that exist for your enquiry.
