One place for the rules, the entries and the rewards

Set what qualifies, choose how customers enter and manage entries and rewards in one place.

How it works

Four steps for every entry

Every entry follows the same four steps, from the shop till to a clear outcome for the customer.

Step 1Participating products, sizes and quantities are set per campaign.

A qualifying purchase does not automatically mean a prize. Draw entry and instant rewards stay separate.

How receipt validation works

Total basket spend and participating-product spend can be set as separate rules.

Choose what qualifies

Set participating products, retailer rules, dates and spend. Distinguish total basket spend from spend on participating products so the rule matches the campaign.

Apply the same rules to every entry

SmartSlip checks each till slip against the same campaign rules, whether the customer enters on WhatsApp, a branded page or Wina Wena.

Review exceptions

Unclear images and possible duplicates are flagged for your team. You can ask for a clearer photo or record a decision before the entry is closed.

Accepted entries, rejections and items waiting for review sit in one place, with reasons your team can follow and report on.

Questions about campaign controls

How do customers enter?

Customers follow the campaign entry link or QR code, submit their till slip and receive an outcome. The journey can run through WhatsApp, a branded entry page or Wina Wena.

What can SmartSlip check on a till slip?

Checks can include participating products, quantities, retailer, purchase date, spend and previous submission of the same receipt. The rules are configured for each campaign.

Can we limit entries?

Yes. Entry limits can be set to match the campaign mechanic, such as a daily limit per participant or rules around repeat use of a receipt.

What happens when a receipt is unclear?

The entry can be flagged for review or the customer can be asked for a clearer image. Your team can see which details need attention.

Does a qualifying purchase always win a prize?

That depends on the campaign. A qualifying purchase can unlock a draw entry, an instant-win opportunity, a guaranteed reward or progress towards a reward.

Can we reward repeat purchases?

Yes. Campaigns can use stamp cards, points and purchase challenges to track qualifying purchases and award rewards when customers meet the rules.

Can SmartSlip manage winner claims?

Yes. Your team can track winner verification, claim details, follow-ups and reward delivery as part of the campaign workflow.

How is campaign pricing worked out?

Pricing depends on the campaign scope, expected entry volume, channels, reward mechanic and level of support. Share your requirements so we can recommend the appropriate setup.
